Take screenshot and open with paint.net or irfanview. Save as jpeg.

Upload to a site like https://imgbb.com/ and copy the link it gives you with the IMG tags

If you upload a Screenshot, then you need to copy the "php-code" for Forums, Fullscreen or Preview.

And if you want to post a pic from Internet, > copy the link from Picture-Adress and use the following code
