Requesting Un-Ban

On Simple 1942 FRA around 8pm est (-5) i shot down a friendly that was chasing a bogy across the south edge of blue main in Gazala.
Our Friendly was just taking off and I thought he was dead meat, so I jumped out of my Artillery and onto the AA and shot at the nearest of the two and did see a red label and a flash of a blue one too but they were headed directly away from me and figured red was going to kill my guy so he would be trailing. I did type a "Rats Sorry" but two things popped up on my screen and the second one had the word Banned in it.
Re-logging in says Banned as well.
I am Sorry about that. I really would like to keep playing here with the Artillery.
Is there anything I can do?

Thank you for your response, I was firing Artillery from sandbags, ammo box, AA gun position at the bottom of the Blue Base road at the first flag (it can't reach any other flag). is that a problem? I typically park at the rocks further up the road to shoot at the second nearest flag (pot shots) then spot the first base for myself when it gets taken and return to the ammo box position to fire at the first flag again. Does this routine violate the base attack rule in any way beyond increasing my risk of TK's ?

Hello. You were banned for attacking enemy planes on the enemy main base airfield. Your ban is lifted. Please, read the rules.

Sorry to keep bothering you, but is the sandbag, ammo box, AA gun position at the bottom of the Blue Main Base road okay to fire artillery wespe from as a blue player? the question is, is it far enough out of the main to be a legal shooting position?
Secondly, I was blue and accidentally TK'ed a blue plane being persude by a red plane. I'm still sorry abut that, I was trying to shoot the red one before he could shot down the one i TK'ed.
Again, sorry about that. I did have time to type a sorry. logs should show the tk and apology.
I'm still concerned about the firing location issue.

if u cant leave the base ... baseattack ... if someone shootin u from base .. u can shot back but JUST the active one ..
NO ONE has just to watch if u r under attack ...

It´s ok to shoot out of your base but don´t shoot into a base except at players that shot out of their base or left their base and returned.

okay, one last thing.
Should I be bothered about being banned for base rape when what I did was a Tk while trying to kill a base raper ?
Its a big difference, aren't logs kept?

Any intentionally Teamkill is forbidden.

It's not legitim to kill a teamkiller, even if he killed you twice intentionally and not by accident.
