Banned for attacking main base once by mistake

So i was just flying the AW-52 on Peenemude.. my internet was a bit glitchy so the i was moving a bit awkwardly and couldn't fire properly
anyways i got a bit dissoriented and instead of firing on the first german flag i fired on the main base (i usually fly very high way out of view of land and do a dive bomb)
1 minute later before i even had the chance to appologize and without any warning i got banned..  i never attacked a main base before and i feel it's unfair to ban without warning .. kick ok but not ban

You came through the axis main shooting rockets at least 3 times that I saw. You know the rules so you got a 1 day ban.

that's not true i only fired that single time .. the other times i was firing on the first (capturable flag) and recovering from the dive .. i did fly over the main base but i did not fire except the 1 time that i mentioned .. in any case it is usual to write !wbase first wich the admin failed to do

Yes it is true, you must be confused. The 3 that I saw came from closer to the island flag than the first flag.
The reason I said "at least" is because twice they came from the first flag area, but I was thinkin it may have been our plane over shooting you.

i think you're getting something wrong.. there was not enough time for me to do so many passes between the time i took off and the time i got banned
i know for a fact that i shot at the main base only once .. and i killed i believe 1 or 2 infantry that's it
if there were more rockets incoming it was either someone else or you're just lying
in any case i received no warning

Tookie, as every other admin here, would never lie or ban for nothing.Tookie been even too nice with you cause the ban is only for 1 day.Please respect our rules, you can find them here http://team-simple.org/rules/ and pay attention to admin requests.
Btw, you are supposed to know the rules, that's why there could be no warning.But there are always messages from server like"Baseattack is forbidden.Please don't attack enemy's main base" and generic warnings from admins.

i know this and like i said i have never done this before for the entire time i have been playing on the server .. i did it by mistake
anyways it feels unfair coz i see people attacking main base DAILY either coz they don't know or don't care  doesn't really matter .. i usually see the !wbase message and then kick .. haven't seen a ban till now .. why am i treated different than the rest? a kick would be more than enough

plus i did it only once like i said by mistake coz i know the rule too good not to do it and i most certainly did NOT repeat it ..
what i think is happening here is him realizing he over-reacted and now trying to make it look fair by saying it did it repeatedly .. that's how it looks from my point of view anyways

Wow thanks for proving you maturity level wich seems to be about 16-20yo .. when you can't have a civilized convo you resort to insults
that is exactly the kind of power abuse i was talking about^ i keep seeing people getting warned sometimes more than once with !wbase # and you baned me for doing it once by mistake without any warning even tho you have never seen me disrespecting the rules for the enitre months i was playing on that server
