It was a quick answer about the main idea diclosed in the title. If he is interested he will find the English version and will soak into the information with plenty of details. I mean, if you have "ze" time, you can translate the whole article, instead of critisizing, but I'm not sure if it's needed.

Wouldn't be first time news stage or have groups pay people to be part of protest.

However, like Zody said, these people could very well have been protesting for awhile nearby. There are times where news companies have protesters move to other areas for diff reasons and sometimes it isn't anything suspicious.
