needa help

..

I wanted to play iron man 2 pc game.
and for that i found a website to download from it.
i download that game in rar setup file.
Its about 2-3 mb Then i run it after that. i come to know that is fake soi i cancceled it.
After that installation my pc doing unusal behaviour.
like installing sofrware like spacesound, allibaba, bf1942hack,
and i am getting nottification of update your browser.
whenever i just trying to open browser.
i just redirect to unknow website like wizzcaster etc etc.
and also in every website even forum showing me advertisement of Bra & Panties
advertisement is shown by popmyads.com
pls help me.
give me a solution for it.

I forgot ComboFix. It's working there, (like Malwarebytes) where most Antivirus programs can't clean everything.

It seems the Kaspersky Virus revomal Tool is also useable. I mostly use a combination of Combofix, Malwarebytes and ADWCleaner to clean other people PC's.

What Arkos said, and I also run them in Safe Mode so the little buggers don't have a chance to migrate or hide
