how to set a dedicated server for expansion packs maps
hey guys i love playing on the SiMPLE servers but my little brother isn't that
good at this game. so i would like to make a dedicated server for coop games,
on the maps of road to rome and secret weapons of WW II too, because
that gives more variety.
i got the expansion packs for both PC's so no problems possible with cracks
or serial keys.

hi, i know how to do it but dont know how to open ports...
but cant he play singleplayer? it is same like coop

This was somewhat explained in a previous post. You need to download BF1942 Server v1.6 and install it. Next, download BF1942 Server Update v1.61 and run it. You need to open port 14567 in your router. Download BFServerManager v2.01 extract it in your BF1942 server directory, run and change the settings, accordingly. Start the server and, now, you and your brother should connect to it by the local IP address of the computer running the server, for example, connect to 192.168.1.2.

ok thanks i already tried it with the BFservermanager and the BF1942 server but not with the update i try it

i tried it with my brother. with standard maps it goes fine but when i put some expansion maps in it we both can't connect

well it's just a small server so it's not every moment of the day online and i don't know you will like coop cause we will need more players to play a game without bots

oh there is also still one thing what doesn't work.
every time i let the BF server manager run a server,
it restarts continuous like every 20-60sec
