Custom Maps Event

Hi Mates!

Let's make a Custom Maps Event in the near future!

It will be in the SiMPLE | BF1942 v1.61 [FRA] server .
IP: 188.165.220.115:14567

All you need is to download the Custom Maps installer: click here

Sorry all. I did not forget about event, I had barely any internet access in the past days and could not set maps on Sunday. Custom maps event will be played this Sunday, 27th April, and will be properly announced some days before.

I saw battle at korsun se and i tried to join but it loaded then it said data differs from server..

Yes, i tried it some mins ago, and data differs, so the map we got from the installer is not the same as it in the server ....

update.: maybe i get it, custom maps + content check 1 together is not working.
Just check the Custom maps server, no content check and you can go in!

Well, playing with 14 players isn't considered crowded imho.

Same goes for the event on Saturdays... max 30 players on those RTR/SW maps... This way the server will attract less and less players

I think this is not a bad start at all.
Sadly Tuia forgot to switch content check off, so at the beginning nobody could join to the server, but later it was nice.
It is an exe only to download, and maybe the "dumps" can also type team simple to google and find the installer.

Yes , u cant expect first time to be crowded most guys were asking yesterday what need do download to play them.

Just one idea: if we put the same maps into the maplist as it was in NBN custom, maybe the players who played there still have these maps, so they can also join.

I was thinking is it possible that every forth map in vanilla be 1 from SW+RTR or these new maps? So every 3 vanilla maps we would have 1 from rtr+sw or from new map pack. Just dont tell me u are all communists and dont like any changes -.-
