People always spawn at the same time. Not sure if is is possible at all to spawn always after a certain time.

tuia, over the time I see many players complaining about the high spawn time, it's not only me. If there can be done something about this, please give it a try.

I guess the easiest fix is to say to those  players complaining about the high spawn time: " teamkill less and spawn sooner!" 

Seriously, its just a couple of seconds to wait...
