Wow, first of all, show some human respect if you have any, and of course if you know what that is. She is not a whore and she is a very nice girl. btw dary, last few weeks besides meat etc i eat more vegetables and fruit lol,i feel even better, but im not going to quit eating meat..(although i prefer fish and chicken)

Vegetables are very important even if you eat meat. The people here in Germany and other countries just eat way too much meat and they don't want to pay much. Of course the quality of the meat suck and the animals have a cruel live because of factory farming. I think the quality of the meat is much better in Croatia then in Germany. Fish and chicken sounds good, i did the same at first. Beef is not so bad too because it has a lot of iron. Fat is just very unhealthy because all the contaminants and garbage is being stored in the fat cells.

If you eat meat the body gets too much acid and this is called overacidification. And some scientist found out that this is a reason for rheumatism and other diseases. That is why you should eat lots of vegetable beside meat to decrease the overacidification.

Ethnical, health and environmental reasons, even though nobody can save this planed from humans.

When you are young you always feel good, when you get older you will notice the it is important to live more healthy. You know, people buy cars and of course the best oil for the car. It is not good to eat too much meat, but if you eat meat, buy organic meat. It is much more healthy.

A question Dary arent you as vegetarian not ruining the natural balance? I mean the number of meat eaters ruins the balance too but people will not stop mass-production cause of the vegetarians they will produce and its or trown away or eaten, I think that its then better too eat meat while finding it tastes good and still being against it cause of the cruelty or it will be of no use and a animal is death for nothing

I think a lot of what people eat also depends where they live. For an example, we buy most of our produce from co-ops and we prefer to buy only locally grown foods or foods grown in the state to the south of us. But that does limit us. We can't grow bananas, oranges, melons, and others found in warmer or even moderate climates. Our climate reduces the growing season significantly (90-100 days) and we must rely on food that will grow here like potatoes, certain kinds of tomatoes (polar stars), strawberries, raspberries, zucchini, garlic, onions, beets, and carrots. Raised beds help, but not much. Our main cash crop is soybeans and some grain based like barley, oats, winter wheat. Because of our limitation, much of the agriculture is animal-based, which means we have to grow a ton of forage food (clovers, alfalfa, hays, corn silage, etc.), we can't eat that though

We try to have a balanced diet. Yes, we eat lots of meat (beef, fish, chicken, bear, elk, etc.), but we also have a nice side of strawberries and baked potatoes

It is, but the value of proteins in eggs for example are better then of meat. We talked about this already. Beside meat, there are a lot of other good protein sources.

Many vegan and vegetarians say that non meat products are easier to digest, which helps to regenerate even faster.

First of all, we have lots of other protein sources then a hippo or elephant. So this comparison is weak.

Peanuts = 25 g protein on 100 g... that is more then meat. Beside that you have lots of other protein sources as a vegetarian. Milk, curd, soja, tofu, beans, eggs, peas and much more...

And well, there are also scientist who believe that we evolved this far, because of the variety of our food. Of course some humans wouldn't come this far without meat, they had to eat meat in order to survive. But we don't.

They are bred for certain traits. Kinda like dogs i guess. No one wants a hen that lays 1 a week. They end up being on a plate Some hens lay an egg every day for years unless they go broody.

You can eat fertilized eggs. Kinda gross to me but some say it's healthier.
