2. The weight depends on the type of exercise. This one was for static bench press, a guy from behind with a timer is counting seconds: 20 seconds down, up, 20 seconds down, up and so on to the full and denial.

Yes that's so true. Sometimes when I lift 10 kg and do some other type of exercise regardless of the weight, but I still use the same weight it changes the laws of gravity somehow, it gets like lighter u know, I also felt it. It's amazing how the weight depends on the type of exercise, it's totally incredible.

You don't get it. I mean the weight you choose to lift depends on what you want to do. Everybody can lift much more than 50 kg but sometimes there is no need to lift more.
I heard lifting small weights many times is actually pretty good for you yeah? Not like 50kg. That's like over 100lbs ffs.
Well, being honest I am awful in lifting because I am too skinny and too weak. Hence, my strength is not enough to work with really good weights and I consider this as a good amusement because my boring job in the office can give me only haemorrhoids, "mirror disease" and bad mood, but I can say that the weight you work with also depends on your own weight. For example, if your own weight is about 55-60 kg, it will be good for you if you press 50 kg at least once. Good for a girl. But if your weight is about 80, for example, these 50 kg are nothing. For guys, 50 kg are nothing in any categories. What I do on this photo is an additional exercise which is good for tendons to prevent injuries with heavy weights.

Lol sry 100lb is like 45kg. I can only comfortably do like 15kg free weights but I can do 100kg leg press though!
I never really did weight stuff. Mainly bike, situps, pullups, squats, band resistance stuff, walk with ankle weights, and mainly things for endurance and lower body stuff. But now i have access to a gym with all the machines and weights so I thought maybe some day I will go and try.
Try it today or tomorrow, so we can get the result.
