Can you upload modded maps onto a server while it is running?

I am trying to upload a modded map of Kursk onto a server I have, unfortunately its difficult to find a time when theres no one on the server sometimes, so I was wondering if it will work if I put the map on when the server is on a different map, say Tobruk.
