We can propose you this:
You were banned on 13 June. We can unban you on 13 July, that will be 1 month of ban instead of permanent. Obviously if you won't try to evade. And when you'll be unbanned you'll be asked to play fair and only by rules. No more evading from you will be tolerated.

I'm afraid you're not being honest. I watched you on the next map after husky, it was essen and you were teamkilling just for fun, you teamkilled several times. Then I banned you but you came back on the server - you evaded your ban.
If you want an advice - try being honest man, and take responsibilty for what you did. Then we maybe will consider your unban, but you will still serve some time banned as a punishment.

If you are about Timkill, then he shot at my plane. And I took revenge on him, as many people take hp on airplanes, and it infuriates. Sorry, I won’t kill anymore. You can remove the ban.
