i dont know why im acting like a child but i dont see that huge difference between pas and gun server. was the gun server or 50/50 set for the map before?
anyway i dont understand all the flame about this old game.
btw: too bad i couldnt play both rounds on el ala. last round was funny.

who will play custom map... and this on public servers??
tuia, pls check the logs of server population and consider about a second vanilla-server with 1.612 or pb.

at this, yoda is right. majak was trolling and provoking yoda all the time. for example, he calls yoda 3 or 4 times a nub when he got the tank. finally, yoda warned him for his lang, majak calls him an idiot or something and yoda kicked him.
its not the first time, majak is insulting admins or other players. in the past, he just insult them with polish badwords.

i've banned you for pixel shooting with wespe. the last days/ weeks i saw you with ari or ship and you were always pixel-shooting enemies. (there was no spot from a sniper)
now i consider to give u a break. let tuia decide if one week is too long. in my opinion its too short cause u did it several times.
to nämeless: stop trolling me... i think ur insults to me ingame are enough. i dont write useless comments just for a high post-counter.

i've played a bit sw and rtr the last days and i remember "preusse", "000" and "!MERRYPOTTER!" as campers too and kicked them. now, if i see them camping again, i will ban them without warning.

maybe try this:
1. TcpAckFrequency
Note: This works fine under Windows XP. For Windows Vista, this setting may not have any effect.- Type "regedit" in windows “run”.. dialog to bring up registry menu
- Then find:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServic esTcpipParametersInterfacesThere are multiple NIC interfaces listed and have long names like {7DBA6DCA-FFE8-4002-A28F-4D2B57AE8383}. Find the one that is used to connect to the internet by clicking each one of it. The right interface will have lots of settings in it and your machine’s IP address listed there somewhere.
- Right-click in the right hand pane and add a new DWORD value, name it TcpAckFrequency, then right click the entry and click Modify and assign a value of 1.You can change it back to 2 (default) at a later stage if it affects your other TCP application performance. It tells windows how many TCP packets to wait before sending ACK. If the value is 1, windows will send ACK every time it receives a TCP package.
2. TCPNoDelay
- Type "regedit" in windows "run”… dialog to bring up registry menu- Then find:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftMSMQParameters- Right-click in the right hand pane and add a new DWORD value, name it TCPNoDelay
- Then right click the entry and click Modify and assign a value of 1.- Click Ok and close the registry editor, then reboot your PC.

i agree with the topic... sometimes there are no admins online and the server is full of tk'ers or campers. but even "normal" players tick out and tked or camp the enemy bases.
for example, "joint" tked me todays morning cause he read my name i think. he always tried to tk me the complete round.
onetime i tked him too cause i think it was an enemy plane which is shooting me and i didnt look on the minimap. this was no fun and if there were an admin, we had fix the problem shortly.
on the other hand, i know its impossible that an admin is online 24/7.

@george - try this to solve ur ping problem:
0) make backup from ur registry
1) systemcontrol-panel -> programs and functions -> activate windows functions -> install microsoft-message-queue server (mark this: http://www.entfesselt.org/wp-content/ga … n/ping.jpg )
2) open ur registry-editor
3) navigate to: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftMSMQParameters]
4) click right and make new DWORD (32bit). call it "TcpNoDelay" and set the value to "1" (hex)
5) navigate to: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetservicesTcpipParametersInterfaces]
6) search in this file "Interfaces" for ur network or router-IP (its mostly this file with most entries).
7) make a new DWORD (32bit) in this file and call it "TcpAckFrequency". set the value to "1" (hex)
8) restart ur system

How can i block the spawnpoint, when i push all the time to get in the car (then i can stand on it but it spawn! try it out/ logic?!)?
@YM, ich hab dir schonmal versucht zu erklären, dass Fahrzeuge nicht spawnen, wenn 1 oder mehr Leute GENAU in der Mitte des Spawnpunktes vom Fahrzeug stehen. Dies ist ein altbekannter "bug" und hat seit der Einführung des Patches 1.5 bestand. Beobachte einfach mal die Situation auf Midway als Axis auf dem Träger. Steht man dort im Mittelpunkt des Zero-spawns, spawnt sie nicht! Auch wenn man dort 20min steht, wird sie nicht spawnen. Erst nachdem du dich ein wenig zur Seite bewegt hast oder beim Warten immer mal wieder springst, wird sie spawnen. Ich denke mal das war der Grund gewesen, warum dich dm zur seite geschoben hat und nicht weil er die den Tank nicht gönnt.
