I am able to play with one network card, with another i am not, i live in russia, i am able to play on other servers, but i have very high ping rates. i updated my driver today, without that, i wasnt able to connect at all! i dont want to use a VPN client, because of high ping... so could somebody explain me, if i am banned and if yes - what for? i have read the rules and i dont see any reason why to block me. thank you.
