Spawn times can be set to be very low. Seems to me I spend more time waiting to spawn in than I do playing on the Fra. server. Also, the spawn time should not reset if you miss clicking a spawn point on the map. Most servers keep their spawn times low except for when someone TK's, then it is longer or you receive a PTK. That is another issue.
