Also what I mean by saying tk is part of the game is not that it is good by any mean, only that the game gives the possibility to do it.
I admit the ban I got for TK in the beginning of battleaxe was justified, because I was a bit annoyed and didn't really think at that point, but It also happened to me to do an accidental TK and always apologised and never got banned for it, I know how the game works.

my player name is ProfXavi, I was banned for TK over plane, which upset a player named maj.merlin or something, and he managed to influence an admin to ban me in battleaxe. I was myself killed numerous times by tk, and I don't even know if the players who killed me in previous maps were banned, because i didn't ask for them to be banned because for me it seems to be a part of the game, even if it is not recommended. Also on the previous map I got kicked for TK against maj.merlin, which was my only error of the game since i was fighting axis most of the time and had a positive score ( having a negative score gets you kicked i think ). So the tk in battleaxe was sort of a retaliation for the kick i got because of him, not a compulsive need to tk.
I just think it's sad for some players to have so much influence over admins, it's like seeing a kid wanting something so bad that his parents give it to him just so he shuts up, and I'm referring to the amount of messages the player wrote in order to get me banned.
Anyway I was wondering if I could get unbanned so I could play again, I guess now I know that the server can take action, so I'll be more cautious next time.
