Hi there,
as i was gaming quiet frequently on the  "SiMPLE | BF1942 [FRA] " server I came accross some very despicable characters: hobby admins that just ban for no reason before being offence publically then abuse their rights.

I think this game is old and people who game is should at least be mature enough to understand their very own server rules such in the following situation:

BASIS SCENARIO
I TKed "Frank(Ger)" today, because I autoswitched directly before and mistook the team color. I obviously said sorry directly, and i didnt have minus score. Now I dont TK very often, even if people attack me I usually dont.

START OF THE ABUSE:
After that I got kicked by vote: Frank(Ger)  would publically make other people vote kick me.
Came back and asked "why would you kick me after one tk, if i said sorry?", he kicked me again for disrupting the gameplay.

REASON WHY I THINK THIS IS AN ABUSE:
Afterwards he dared me asking me "do you want to get banned".
Figuring, he is just waiting for yet another invalid reason, i said: "Why would you even kick me in the first place, but if this is your only talent, then jeah do what you gotta do".
Ultimately he just banned me for the sole reason of saying "why did you kick me?"

I really dont understand, why people are so toxic, and why they are so ignorant about their own mistakes, but i dont think he should be given tools that he is NOT mature enough to understand.
But I do understand he is a weak person to rather kick people then just understanding: do not abuse your power for no reason.
