I can now access also SIMPLE BF 1942 (FRA) (as well as my favourite SIMPLE R+R SW (FRA)).
Arkos: good suggestion but my name is Ted Danger because mainly I'm a danger to myself !! lol
Yes Raketen: I am still alive and kicking. Turned 68 this month, possibly the longest worst playing BF soldier.

Strange.
No I'm not using a VPN, just a regular home line.
I have some mods like high-res could that be the problem?

Can't understand reason for such a long time ban on BF1942 server.

Jerry-rigged is a temporary repair using what you have at hand so that the vehicle can at least get you home. It comes from the nautical term jury-rig when sailors would tie together pieces of a broken mast to reach the nearest port. Yes, the urban dictionary is correct.

Well, I deleted everything and copied the config that works and that's what I'm using... pity the menus at 1080p same as the game worked well on this new notebook with an Nvidia mx150 together with Intel built in graphics.
The switch between 800x600 menus and the game resolution crashed it with a black screen, so I'm forced to play at 800x600 ....but at least I can play !!

Apparently, part of the coding of the bf1942.exe file was changed to make menus go at 1920x1080 so they have the same resolution as the game. This solved my black screen crash.

Hi, that's strange maybe it's something in the mod/patch which is banning me ?
I can enter other sites with no problem, with yours is says banned immediately. I will now use another computer and see if I can play. Do you have a record of entries which are blocked ?

Hi guys,
I've been having problems installing BF1942 on a new notebook with dual graphics and I got a lot of black screens (so I never knew if I was in the game or not).
I fixed the problems (patched menu interface resolution to 1080p if anyone is interested), but today I found myself banned and I can't tell what I did wrong !!
Please help.. thanks

Hello Ted,
making fair teams is part of a good gameplay. You joined a bigger team with more flags and much more tickets right when you joined.
Its always nice to play to play with you and you follow all rules and behave good all time - except teamstacking. You got that warning already several times - PLEASE CHECK TEAMSIZE BEFORE YOU SWITCH TEAM! It is also annoying for others who already fought a time for a team and are interested in winning - and then suddenly they get switched to other team because autobalance kicks in...
Your ban is already removed; have fun playing!
