Janet, for God's sake, just end the typing. We got your point in these TWO different threads in the hundreds of BS posts. Enough is enough: without Bags replying, it just isn't interesting!
I find it ironic what you say, because I remember when I first came to Simple right after the Gamespy shutdown. You and many other Simple admins were constantly accusing me because I would consistently get very high KTD ratio games (mostly air maps). So much so, that I just stopped trying because I was afraid to be banned. I was watched, I was warned, I was kicked numerous times for nothing, I was even banned even by Pookie because he couldn't figure out how I was kicking his ass so easily. By the way, the answer is "cameras"; learn to use them. And now that Pookie has no control over me, a big F U C K YOU TOOKIE is in order. Tookie and his kind were the worst admins I have ever seen on ANY game server. I have never seen so much accusing by admins because ANYONE better than them would be accused/kicked/banned. It's totally laughable, and the sad thing is Tuia and others don't do anything about it.
All accusers/admins, here's something I learned many years ago: There will ALWAYS be someone better than you (at anything in life). The question is, are you going to try harder to take down the guy that's beating you? Or just take the lame way out and accuse? I can guarantee you that 95% of the people you are accusing are not cheating. Stop wasting time spec'ing people because they have skills.

Tuia could you show up and solve this mess ? Talking public parts from admin section is bad idea, if you cant come and solve that, someone who once deleted my post could really use that for some smarter thing. Dudeck / nameless / someone third.
Voji this isn't Pentagon classified information, it's a game server forum 
. There is no way for France admins and USA admins to communicate (other than this thread) due to forum restrictions. Venting on some issues may be good in the end. Everything here is on topic as it contributed to USA separating.

Can you guys really not read between the lines? Do you not see why this is happening? Four of your six points pertain to France gaining access to USA section. I agree with you that you SHOULD have access to the USA Admin section. Then you will see that there is really nothing to see. We don't have threads about how France should be run different etc etc. We don't have threads attacking any France admins. France wants USA out of their section but REPEATEDLY sticks their nose about how the USA server should be run (hint hint).

If you're going to post a ban appeal, try following the guidelines. What a surprise.
First off "Justin Bustin", you're an ass. You continued to TK and be disruptive in front of multiple admins (Blackadder, Damage, Piper and me) and regulars. By the way, I only warned you: you were kicked and banned by other admins. So when you changed your name to "KS Myaz is a Cunt", try getting the facts straight you loser.

Those last rounds that day what KDR did i have ? Didn't really care about the KDR like you might think i do, i asked for respect and now your coming on here and basically attacking how "I" fly or play the game? I didn't go after anyone, just explaining why I posted this, Stalingrad, you and i were on same team, then you switched, we allies were doing our best to get flags but weren't getting the job done, didn't complain much, but would be nice to have help. What was your score that match also? Common sense would come into play here. I don't judge you on how you fly, if someone wants to challenge me and asked me to change my altitude for a 1 on 1 df then i have no issues. You shouldn't be judging anyone on how anyone person plays in that server, but sometimes it does come out. If you looked at the post i wasn't attacking or judging you, i was just explaining an observation......and a reason why I was grouchy during those maps.
Bos you're misreading my post. I was just saying that even though I did attack the carrier, I am always "killable" as I don't loop on the carrier or use excessive altitude to evade AA. You know what I mean; that's annoying as shit. If you feel like that's an attack on your flying I can't control that .
As far as Stali, I rarely ever switch unless there is a total imbalance on the team. I prefer to stay on the team I started, and if I switched then it was probably auto-switch. The KDR comment was just a joke as you usually have a really good KDR. Like I said, I think you're a good guy and I don't attack people that I like to play with. Just wanted to clear that up!

You're missing my point of posting this. You don't question a kick by coming back in and attacking two different admins. Your post made me look further into the logs and I had no idea you were talking so much shit to me (must have been in a heated battle ). This by itself warrants a kick, which is an official rule about "respecting all admins". Most times though name calling means nothing to me. I thought you knew me better: you and I banter back and forth, but I have no reason to fuck with you by keep kicking you.

If you plan on adding to this post, try actually reading the original post. THERE ARE SERVER MESSAGES THAT SAY "DO NOT STAY IN MAIN WITH TANK ON STALI AND BERLIN". You are attracting fire to your teammates trying to leave the base. I do not know how to make this any clearer.
Maybe you guys who keep whining about admins should pay attention.

I had no idea that using a tank at Stalingrad is now classifies as disruptive game play. I was kicked without any warning by the almighty admin KS Myaz for using one. Well done and great management of that round!
I bet the reply will be "but you were firing from your main" First of all, I was not, I was close to it having reversed so a bot could repair me but let's say I was, what's the difference with this and someone using a Wespe or Priest firing from an uncappable base in Battleaxe or Market garden? Is that disruptive to the game play too?
Why don't you just remove the tank all together instead of trying to restrict it's operation.
Grow up Limmy. I warned you twice. You may want to read the server messages about firing tanks from base. Maybe if you paid attention you wouldn't have been kicked.
And yes, I would love tanks to be removed on Stali and Berlin. The same pansies keep going for the tanks to assist their scores.

Admins can't provide valid kick/ban reasons because they will ban anyone with a KD over 1 in that server.
Maybe some of you USA admins should visit other servers and play there every now and then to see what the skill difference is between those servers and SiMPLE USA? Typical Americans. Can't see beyond their own noses.

Off topic - it has nothing to do with the abuse report/thread. The kick involved someone else and the chat had no bearing on it. The uniformed speculation above about my comments is also dead wrong and I'd appreciate an apology (not to mention that I didn't realize vertigo was an admin anyhow.
) I'd love to discuss the bullshit alt-looping tactic that some are quick to defend. It was combined with exp-spamming the deck which completely stifles any chance to respond. I would love to discuss why it chased people out and nearly always does. Please by all means start a thread instead of hijacking this one. I'll be there for a fair clean discussion if you're capable of it.

I've tolerated your wannabe abuse for a few weeks Lonewolf (since you found out I had admin) and personally I don't care what you say about me and it makes for my amusement on the server and forums. But when you start talking trash about Vertigo who you know is a new admin, I was tempted to kick you myself for disrespecting an admin. But yesterday's chat logs will speak volumes to your true personality when viewed by others (around 5pm PST). And I believe Dink called you out on your behavior on the server vs. your literacy on the forums. You're good at pretending to be an upstanding player on the forums. You're good at trying to make friends with a couple of admins to try to split everyone's opinion of you.
You kept crying about Vertigo loop bombing and how he ruined the map Coral Sea. Get in a plane or AA and do something about it. Practically EVERY time I killed you, you had something to say "hmmm, wow, we're done talking, etc". Never once a "GS" or just plain being quiet. You commented a lot when other people killed you. You complained that every map was not "playable". Two hours of playing with you we got to Caen which you finally deemed "playable". We're glad you seem to be the expert. Yesterday BFsoldier being a tking smacktard as usual on USA. There is one identifier for this particular Bfsoldier: This guy always pings exactly 20. He loves to find me and teamwound or tk me. I reported to admin who I think was Tookie playing under a different name, but as usual doesn't give a shit unless it affects him.

Dude, I told you I think you are cool and not a hacker after I made unsupported accusations. You changed names to get on a mustang and got caught. I think Tookie is on the ball and he makes a threat and when you changed he he fallows through.
He caught you changing teams to get the mustang, so you changed names to team stack and he busted you. What is the problem, one-day ban? It is already over? So now I have to address another level.

Haven't you embarrassed yourself enough with the multiple Icebags threads? Seriously. Stop butting in to conversations that you know nothing about. When I did switch teams, I was first on the server (as I usually am after map changes). "Switching teams is not stacking"; that's all I'm going to say. And hell no would I ever change names to do something intentional like stacking. Every admin here except for Tookie would attest to my "playing fair and by the rules". I changed names simply because there were only a few people on the server, and Tookie was there (mutual dislike for each other). Sometimes it's just nice to blend in and play; but unfortunately my 9 ping does tend to give me away.

Just minding my business playing the map and "Banned from Server" out of nowhere. Enough is enough with Tookie's abuse because he has something personal against me.
Do tell Tookie, what is your justification for banning me? Yet you do nothing about the hackers/glitchers/tkers on the server?
