The interesting thing is that on SIMPLE | BF1942 USA and FRA servers such TK is less (despite there being often 60 people at the same time), the players mostly can kill a teammate by accident (defgun, landmines, grenade).

It's getting annoying. I might just leave the reporting. Someone else was mentioning him like "the tkiller is back". Some dude "catch 22" has a different approach. First he was just shooting others (tries to not shoot till the death, then leaving the victim). After a few kills was kicked. Then he got smarter. First he was shooting the enemy team, after a few positive points started to shoot again teammates. I was spectating him, he was just shooting anyone from the team, if the victim was in tank he could use bazooka or a jeep. Haven't seen such intense TK on other 2 servers (BF1942).
On a similar note, same server, player joveur or javeur, shoots teammates. I joined on another map later, he was in the opposite team, having -6 already and in chat was complaining about tk. Soon he was kicked.
Someone named "Makers Mark Toster" (or Taster), server SIMPLE | RtR+SW [FRA] on 8 October, was using a field gun to destroy our APCs, tanks, and was killing others, while being behind. Not stopping on request. We had to take him out by ourselves 2 times (I know, rules, he started "omg tkilers"), but the server kicked him at last because of minus score. Too bad the voting in the game is not available. And he was just sitting there and shooting everything.
Yesterday, on 7 Oct, I was banned (SIMPLE | BF1942 [USA] and SIMPLE | BF1942 [FRA]). Time was like 22:00 (more or less). I know all the rules, have played this game some months back. Probably because of team kill (still I was kicked once from US server because of high ping), because there are people who don't understand what means "landmines here, avoid, go on right, negative" (as far as I know, your team can see your mines as well). Standing in front of the vehicle doesn't much help. Interesting, playing on Secret Weapons server with fewer humans was a productive game play, bots were exploring the map, and we were destroying heavy tanks (with landmines and ExtPacks).
Long story short, I would be pleased to know when the ban will be lifted, so I can enjoy the game with other comrades. I will be more carefull in the future with those landmines.
